According to the YouTube description, this Cummins-powered toyotoa is still in the testing phase and new mods and improvements are being made all the time.

Engine: Cummins 3.9L 4BT (4 cylinder, B-series, Turbo-charged) with Scott's injectors, BD fuel pin, turned star wheel 1.5 turns.
Transmission: NV4500 from Chevy w/ 13 inch clutch and upgraded Dodge input shaft.
Mods: Custom fit oil pan, fabricated engine mounts from ½" plate (rubber mounted), fabricated tranny mounts from ¾" plate, hydro-boost brakes installed with Toyota master cylinder, slave and master cylinder from 2000 Dodge 5.9L, 24V pay loader starter with modified spur gear, stock Toyota 22R radiator, Toyota Transfer Case with Marlin 4.7:1 gear set, Lockrite locker in rear, TRD front locker from 1999 Toyota Tacoma, stock rear end with 4:10 gear ratio, fuel tank modified for diesel nozzle, rear driveline shortened 8 inches, front drive line lengthened 8 inches, 1 wire GM alternator, 2 inch body lift, 4 inch All-Pro spring lift, All-Pro high steering kit, 1987 4-Runner steering box, 3 inch straight exhaust pipe, 35 lbs boost, mechanical fan from Chevy 350.
