1947 Chevy Panel Van! – PowerNation Week #47
This week on PowerNation Courtney features a 1947 Chevy Panel Van. This is one awesome van that requires serious body and paint skills. You may remember builder Will Hudson, of Hudson’s Rod and Customs, from his recent work on Detroit Muscle’s red interior project on “Banana Split”. With this panel van Will transformed it by changing the dash, pancaking the hood 3 1Ž2 inches, putting a new firewall in, a 350 Chevy motor and replacing the windshield with one found in a ’54 donor truck. All black accents were taken care of by Advance Plating and the black leather and wool interior match the stained black floors. It also has Intro Wheels and Continental Tires. But that’s not even getting started on the fantastic paint job! In order to get that great color Will used PPG “Copper” off of a 2013 Range Rover with PPG Flat Clear. You won’t want to miss out on what else they did so check it out this week on PowerNation. For more on Hudson’s Rod and Customs go to: http://www.hudsonsrodandcustoms.com!
