A $279 Million Mansion For Sale Includes Its Own Exclusive Car Museum and Collection

There’s a difference between a mansion with extensive grounds and a place like this. Gateway Canyons Ranches and Resort is currently owned by Discovery Channel founder and billionaire, John Hendricks but is on the market for a cool $279 million. Sotheby’s Realty is listing the estate which has 14 bedrooms and 14 full bathrooms in the 26,869 sq. ft. house.

In addition to the main residence, the 8,700-acre property includes a 72-room resort and spa, a private airstrip, an observatory, and its very own automotive museum – Gateway Auto Museum.
