A Giant Spool Takes Over Texas Highway

There are a lot of videos with things on the highway that don’t belong there: animals, debris from other vehicles, etc. But don’t think we’ve seen this one before. A giant industrial spool of fiber optic cable fell off a truck and went cruising down the Houston highway yesterday.

And if that isn’t odd enough, this is the THIRD time a spool has fallen off a truck in this area in the last two months. The first spool incident happened in October, followed by two spools attacking drivers again in November. So that makes this the third spool.
