Bus Explodes In Fireball After Hitting Low Overhead Tunnel

It’s a miracle nobody died in this accident in Stockholm, Sweden. Thankfully, the bus wasn’t in service so there were no passengers on board. The driver did sustain injuries but is being treated.

We’ve seen buses and trucks hit low overhead bridges and tunnels before but rarely is it anything more than scraping the top of the vehicle or taking a chunk of the structure. And we’ve never seen it end in a giant fireball.

It’s not shown in the video but it’s reported there are several warnings placed directly before the tunnel about the low over head. Bystanders say that the bus driver may have been attempting to take a shortcut.
