Chevy May Have The Off Road Bargain Of The Year

If you’re a Chevy Colorado fan listen up because the price of the all-new 2017 Colorado ZR2 has been announced at $40,995. Compared to $49,000 for the Ford Raptor and $46,000 for the Ram Rebel, the Chevy Colorado is winning in the off-road market when it comes to affordability. It comes with a long list of standard equipment including new front and rear bumpers, ZR2 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels with 31-inch Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires, new cast iron control arms, an aluminum skid plate and a ton of other features.

The standard engine in the ZR2 is GM’s 3.6-liter DOHC V-6, which produces 308 horsepower and 275 lb.-ft. of torque and comes with an eight-speed automatic. The diesel, which comes with a six-speed automatic, offers 186 horsepower and 369 lb.-ft. of torque. The new 2017 Chevy Colorado ZR2 goes on sale this spring and it’s safe to say Chevy fans will probably be lining up for it.
