Do You Know Which States Have The Highest Number Of Ticketed Drivers?

Take a look at the states which hand out the most overall speeding tickets:
*It should be noted the top three states all have a minimum fining speed of one mile per hour over the posted limit.
1. California
2. New York
3. Florida
4. Georgia
5. North Carolina
That ranking may be highly skewed as those states also have the highest population. So Yonkers Honda also went ahead and sorted out the five states as the highest concentration of speeding tickets per person:
1. Wyoming
2. South Carolina
3. Oregon
4. Georgia
5. Washington
Overall, it was found that out of the 224.1 million licensed drivers in America, roughly 1 in 25 people were recorded to have a speeding ticket (not including duplicate offenders).
