Driver Walks Away After Giant Cactus Pierces Windshield

A (somewhat) lucky Arizona driver was able to walk away from this scene with no injuries but was taken into custody after a cactus pierced his car windshield.

The Tucson Northwest Fire District responded to an accident with a car and a cactus after the driver crossed a median that had a cactus planted right in the middle. Turns out the cactus won after it fell onto the car, busting into the windshield.

Luckily, no one was injured, however the driver was detained after deputies observed that they might have been impaired. The investigation is ongoing.
