Elon Musk Shares His Vision Of Underground Travel

So Elon Musk is known a futuristic transportation visionary, with ideas for Tesla, Space X and Hyperloop. Now, Musk has created a company called “The Boring Company.” We reported a few months ago that Musk had the idea for the company while stuck in traffic. Essentially his idea is to create an underground tunnel network that would substantially cut down on traffic congestion.

As seen in the video, your car would park on a platform on the street, which then lowers down into an underground tunnel. Autoblog reported the platform acts as a transportation device and is attached to some sort of a track. It’s basically a subway system but for your car. What do you think about this?
