Elon Musk Welcomes Son, Lists House After Twitter Rant All In One Week
It’s been a busy week for Tesla CEO, Elon Musk. He’s selling houses and having kids!
Earlier in the week, he went on one of his infamous Twitter rants where he stated he would be selling almost all physical possessions. “Will own no house,” he said. And it looks as if he may be following through.
As of this morning, two of his properties appear to be listed on the real estate website Zillow. Combined, the Bel Air properties have a value of $39.5 million. One is a five-bedroom ranch and the other is a six-bedroom estate. In true Musk fashion, he Tweeted out some stipulations for whoever buys one of the houses.
Musk said that whoever buys the $9 million home should keep it how it is. “Just one stipulation on sale: I own Gene Wilder’s old house. It cannot be torn down or lose any its soul.”
Amidst his real estate encounters, Musk also welcomed his sixth child and first with girlfriend, Grimes.
Musk shared the first photos of his newborn son on Tuesday, hours after Grimes gave birth to the baby boy, whom they’ve named X Æ A-12 Musk. Yup, you read that right. Good luck finding that on a gift store key chain.
Congrats to Musk and Grimes on the baby boy and good luck with the real estate adventures!
