It’s said every time there’s flooding somewhere. Turn around, don’t drown. Do not attempt to go through water when you don’t know how deep it is, no matter what vehicle you’re in. But it never fails there is a handfull of people who think they can do it.

With storms and torrential rain hammering the Midwest there have been plenty instances of flooding. A small town in Reno County, Kansas is one of the many places affected and the local police department posted to Facebook with the details of a Chevrolet Silverado driver.

The Sheriff’s Office reported that the driver continued on with his pickup after ignoring the possibility of sinking. Although the truck is a total wash, the driver was able to escape unscathed.
