Hurricane Matthew has been the talk of the southeast all week…and for a good reason. It’s a monster storm that has already done major damage to Haiti and the other islands it’s passed over. But that didn’t stop these pilots from heading straight into the eye of the storm in a plane. All in the name of research and data. They’re Hurricane Hunters from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and described the flight as “turbulent”…go figure. What a job! Be safe, guys.
