Hennessey Celebrates 10,000th Car With 808 HP Heritage Edition Mustang

Hennessey Performance has built and tuned their 10,000th vehicle! And it’s celebrating the milestone with the production of a limited production commemorative vehicle: The 2019 Hennessey Heritage Edition Mustang. It’s inspired by the 2018 Ford GT Heritage Edition with a 5.0L supercharged V8 engine that produces 808 horsepower at 7,200 rpm and 677 lb-ft of torque at 4,500 rpm. It’s also capable of hitting 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds with a top speed of over 200 mph.

“We love the design and livery of the 2018 Ford GT Heritage Edition supercar that we took delivery of earlier this year. We thought that this look on our specially tuned Hennessey Mustang would also be very appropriate and a great way to celebrate our 10,000th build”, said John Hennessey. “This is one of the most beautiful Mustang we’ve ever built, and it has the power and performance to match its gorgeous looks”.

Since 1991, HPE has modified a wide variety of sports cars, muscle cars, exotics, trucks and SUV’s for high-performance enthusiasts across America and around the world including thousands of Venom-powered Dodge Vipers, VelociRaptor powered Ford Raptors, hundreds of highly tuned Chevrolet Camaro’s and Corvettes, as well as Hellcat-powered Mopars. With an average of over 650 HP per Hennessey-tuned vehicle, the company has delivered over 6.5 million horsepower.

The Hennessey Heritage Edition Mustang is being offered as a turnkey vehicle which includes the base Ford Mustang GT and is available with the factory 6-speed manual transmission or 10-speed automatic transmission. The Hennessey Heritage Mustang is only available in factory Race Red with the white livery graphics.

Production of the HPE Heritage Mustang is limited to a select 19 units. Each build will have its own serial numbered dash plaque and engine plaque, letter of authenticity, and personal letter of gratitude from John Hennessey. Hennessey is now accepting orders from a global audience on the Hennessey Heritage Edition.
