Hennessey Has Built A Demon With Over 1,000 Horsepower

Hennessey is back with more impressive numbers. This time, from the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon on the dyno.

They managed to pull an impressive 880 horsepower and 806 lb.-ft. of torque to the wheels, or 1056 horsepower and 967 lb.-ft. of torque to the crank. It is mentioned that the numbers are achieved by using the race-spec ECU included in the Demon Crate, which lets a stock Demon run unleaded race gas to make 840 horses. Listen to that supercharger whine!
