Jeep Debuts Minimalist Freedom Edition for 2023 Wrangler and Gladiator
Even though the U.S.A. just observed its 246th birthday a few days ago, celebrating freedom is a year-round event. In fact, Jeep has announced its limited-edition military-themed Freedom Package for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator that will be available for order in late July.
“With our 1941 origins rooted in the military, we at the Jeep brand are proud of our heritage, and the Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom editions are a tribute to all the servicemen and servicewomen,” said Jim Morrison, senior VP and head of Jeep brand North America in a statement. “Through these special editions, this Fourth of July we honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country and support those who have served and continue to serve.”
In tribute to U.S. members of the military, Jeep’s Freedom package features a minimalist military-themed exterior and interior that includes an Oscar Mike badge, American flag decal, winch-capable steel front bumper, steel rock rails, LED headlamps and fog lamps, body-color fender flares, black wheels and accents, and leather-trimmed cloth seats with black accents. Additionally, Jeep will donate $250 to military charities with the purchase of every Freedom edition of the 2023 Wrangler and Gladiator.
There will be an additional incentive for active and retired military members where they can qualify for $500 bonus cash with their purchase.
Expected to arrive at Jeep dealerships in time for Veterans Day, the 2023 Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom editions will be available on the Sport S trim with a package price of $3,295.
Both the Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler Freedom editions will also come with the Jeep Wave customer service program that features three years of maintenance at Jeep dealerships, 24/7 customer support via phone and online, 24/7 roadside assistance and first-day loaner coverage, and VIP access to exclusive Jeep events.
