This is a new one. A Canadian man has been charged after an officer spotted a child in his car using a case of beer being as a booster seat substitute.
It’s reported that officers found the child in the backseat after pulling over the 22-year-old driver. The officers brought a properly sized booster seat to the scene before notifying Family and Children’s Services. Officers are using the incident as a teaching opportunity for the public.
