There is a new take on the food truck concept in the Japananese city of Yokohama. A man known as Lord Rod created RodoPot, or a mash up of “roadster” and “potato” with his third-generation Mazda Miata. RodoPot carries a wood-fired oven on its trunk for the purpose of making “yaki-imo”, or roasted sweet potatoes.
