Bristol Motor Speedway is about to be it up. The Cup Series cars competing tonight in the All-Star Race will be featuring “The Fast and the Furious”-style underglow lighting. Check out the clip Fox Sports edited clip from the movie to promote its broadcast of the race.
A now removed post on @NASCARonReddit shows a NASCAR Cup car with underglow or under body lights. After checking with multiple sources, the illustration appears to be legitimate so it looks like there will be underglow lighting for the Cup cars at the All-Star race. https://t.co/hUNsbCGy4a

If you’re curious what that might look like, Kurt Busch had a similar setup at last year’s Burnouts on Broadway event in Nashville, TN.
There will be a slight difference. Bozi Tatarevic, automotive journalist and racing insider, took to Twitter to say that the lights on the competition cars would only be located in the rear and will be color-keyed to each brand, think blue for Ford, red for Toyota, etc.
