PSA: Don’t Light Fireworks In Your Trunk

Along with the nations birthday come the much-beloved fireworks display. But, if not done correctly things can get…out of hand.

This video out of Houston shows a Dodge Charger that was full of fireworks. Fireworks that were supposed to be set off outside of the car. Because we all know setting anything on fire inside your vehicle is just about the dumbest thing you can do.

However, even though the party was taken into the parking lot, a lit firework found its way inside the trunk and ignited over 600 packaged fireworks. It’s reported that the car suffered serious damage, but no one was hurt.

So please, be careful this July 4th!
