SUVs Are In The Dark!

A few months ago we had a story on headlights ratings, and the Prius came out on top. But the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has released that small SUVs as a whole have subpar headlights. They reported that none of the vehicles they tested earned top marks and only 4 received acceptable ratings
