The Mustang Will Now Be Participating In NASCAR Cup Series

Speaking of Mustangs, Ford has announced it plans to enter a Mustang-branded car in next year’s Sprint Cup series.
The Mustang will replace Fusion which currently competes against Chevy’s ZL1. We’ve seen Mustang and Camaro branded cars in NASCAR’s second-tier series, but this will be the first time they’ve faced off in the Cup Series.
