Thieves Steal An Entire ATM With Forklift
Police in Conway, Arkansas released security footage of an ATM theft. This wasn’t a typical stickup robbery in aspects of the amount or getaway vehicle used. The thieves took the whole ATM using a forklift.
The video shows the forklift nearing the First Service Bank at 3:30 a.m.. which gave the cop’ suspicion that the thieves are in the construction industry. The forklift driver stabs the ATM with one of the tines of the forklift, lifts the cash machine off the ground and they bail out. It’s reported that one ATM can contain anywhere from $10,000 – $200,000 so these guys knew what they were doing. Although they probably didn’t take into consideration that most ATMs also contain a GPS tracking device.
