Watch: A C8 Corvette Take On GT500 Mustang, Hellcat Charger

These are the kinds of videos we like to find. Hennessey Performance has put together two videos to match up awesome cars. In the first video, a 2020 C8 Corvette (495 hp) takes on a 2020 Mustang Shelby GT500 (760 hp) – both bone stock.

Both cars are taken to a drag strip and make a pass first from a dead stop and then at a 40-mph roll. Is this a fair matchup?

The second pairing is the C8 (495 hp) vs. a 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody sedan (707 hp). Both cars are still in stock form. The format is the same as the GT500 with two passes, one from a dead stop and one from a 40mph rolling start.
