Watch As An Electric Scooter Driver Casually Crosses Several Highway Lanes During Rush Hour

Electric scooters have been making headlines when it comes to their drivers being reckless and inconvenient in downtown or suburb settings. Now though, they are making their way to the interstates. Talk about a wild ride.

A dashcam caught footage of a Lime scooter drive on the I-35 in Dallas. The driver slowly makes his way across not two or three, but SIX lanes of highway traffic that averages at 70mph while the top speed of a scooter is around 17mph. Dangerous is an understatement. Luckily for the scooter driver, rush hour had traffic moving at a slower pace and alert drivers helped to make sure he got across safely but man, probably shouldn’t attempt that again.
