Winds So Strong Semi Ends Up On Its Side

Winter storm Ulmer packed a punch across the country this week. The middle of the country, in particular, got a crazy round of weather. While high winds caused blizzards in Denver and tornadoes in the South, they were just as strong down in Texas. So strong in Amarillo, Texas in fact that they knocked over a semi driving down the road.
