Whether you live there or are just visiting, if you’re in the Florida Keys, keep your eye out for Captain Joe Fox cruising around Islamorada. You can’t miss it. He’s the one in a pink Cadillac convertible slicing through the water.

Fox designed and built the custom ride and now offers cruises on the 6-seater as part of his Unique Boat Tours business. Fox has been building boats as a hobby since he was 12 years old. And it translated into a boat/car hybrid that he has named “Nautilimo”. It’s built to resemble a ’77 Cadillac stretch limo and is complete with a full-on faux grill and headlights, wheels, and a rear bumper-mounted spare tire holder with the words “Only in the Keys” written on it.
